Ayr\u0131ca, bu geminin s\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015flemini kabul edilemez bir zehirli tehdit olarak g\u00f6ren T\u00fcrkiye insan\u0131n\u0131n iradesi ve Alia\u011fa\u2019daki yerel gruplar\u0131n protestolar\u0131 da ilk g\u00fcnden beri g\u00f6rmezden gelindi.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1mQhHqn7OnTmCl6zFuYwYY4xsBBVpGSKK4WqsqHYFryk\/edit?usp=sharing\">Zehir gemisi Sao Paulo\u2019yu neden durdurmal\u0131y\u0131z?<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0130kiz gemilerle ilgili tarihe ge\u00e7en Greenpeace m\u00fccadelesi s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n ilk gemisi olan Clemenceau ile ba\u015flad\u0131;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>1957&#8217;de denize inen Clemenceau, 40 y\u0131ll\u0131k hizmetin ard\u0131ndan 1997&#8217;de k\u0131za\u011fa \u00e7ekildi ve 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130spanya&#8217;ya sat\u0131larak sonunda s\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcne karar verildi. Yunanistan ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin geri \u00e7evirdi\u011fi ve M\u0131s\u0131r h\u00fck\u00fcmetinin S\u00fcvey\u015f Kanal\u0131ndan ge\u00e7i\u015fine izin vermedi\u011fi gemi, Hindistan\u2019a gitmek i\u00e7in Afrika k\u0131tas\u0131n\u0131n ucunda \u00dcmit burnundan dola\u015farak Alang\u2019a do\u011fru giderken Hindistan mahkemeleri, bu tehlikeli at\u0131k y\u00fckl\u00fc geminin s\u00f6k\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc engelledi ve Clemenceau d\u00fcnya denizlerinde 20.000 km den fazla yol alarak Fransa\u2019ya geri g\u00f6nderildi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Ke\u015fke tarih tekerr\u00fcr etse;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Fransa\u2019dan s\u00f6k\u00fclmek \u00fczere Hindistan\u2019a g\u00f6nderilen Clemenceau i\u00e7in Fransa, asbestin %98\u2019ini temizleyece\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde beyanda bulunmu\u015f ve asbest temizli\u011fi sonras\u0131 kalan asbest miktar\u0131n\u0131n 45 ton oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n<p>Halbuki Clemenceau u\u00e7ak gemisinin \u0130ngiltere\u2019de s\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00f6ncesi \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan tehlikeli madde envanterine&nbsp; dayanan <a href=\"https:\/\/citeseerx.ist.psu.edu\/viewdoc\/download?doi=10.1.1.165.3540&amp;rep=rep1&amp;type=pdf\">Greenpeace raporuna<\/a> g\u00f6re tespit edilen asbest miktar\u0131 760 tondu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>Clemenceau\u2019nun s\u00f6k\u00fcm i\u015flemlerinin uluslararas\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri ihlal etti\u011fi gerek\u00e7esiyle kamuoyunda olu\u015fan bask\u0131, Greenpeace ve di\u011fer sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc m\u00fcdahalesi ve s\u00f6k\u00fcm end\u00fcstrisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan uzmanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck risk alarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 asbest ve tehlikeli maddenin ger\u00e7ek miktar\u0131na ili\u015fkin itiraflar sayesinde bug\u00fcn Clemenceau\u2019daki tehlikeli zararl\u0131 madde miktar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131smen biliyoruz. Clemenceau\u2019nun uluslararas\u0131 kamuoyunda uyand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 tepki \u00fczerinden 14 y\u0131l ge\u00e7mi\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen bug\u00fcn neredeyse ayn\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131n&nbsp; Clemenceau\u2019nun ikiz karde\u015fi Sao Paulo&#8217;nun s\u00f6k\u00fcm operasyonu i\u00e7in tekrarland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tarih tekerr\u00fcr ediyor. Ancak 14 y\u0131l \u00f6nce olu\u015fan kamuoyu bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturamazsak maalesef bu sefer sonu\u00e7, T\u00fcrkiye \u00e7evre ve insan haklar\u0131n\u0131 ihlal eden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir hata olarak tarihe ge\u00e7ecek.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Greenpeace Akdeniz Proje Lideri, G\u00f6khan Ersoy konuyla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini dile getirdi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Zehirli geminin birka\u00e7 y\u0131l \u00f6nce ihale s\u00fcreci ile ba\u015flayan ser\u00fcveni pek \u00e7ok soru i\u015faretini beraberinde getirdi. \u00c7evresel adaleti tesis edecek, \u00e7evre g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ile halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyacak uluslararas\u0131 konvansiyonlar resmi makamlar taraf\u0131ndan kendi objektiflerine hizmet edecek \u015fekilde yorumland\u0131 ve \u00f6zellikle halk\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, bilgiye eri\u015fim y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri g\u00f6rmezden gelindi. Sao Paulo ile ilgili bilgi ve belgelere Brezilya makamlar\u0131 arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ula\u015fabilmemiz ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki \u015feffafl\u0131k, halk\u0131n kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve bilgiye eri\u015fim haklar\u0131n\u0131n ka\u011f\u0131t \u00fcst\u00fcnde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmemiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc verici bir tecr\u00fcbe oldu.&nbsp; G\u00fcn\u00fcn sonunda ise Brezilya\u2019daki yetkililer, kendi mahkemelerinin verdi\u011fi karar\u0131 bile g\u00f6rmezden geldi ve S\u00f6k Denizcilik taraf\u0131ndan u\u00e7ak gemisinin g\u00f6vdesi yang\u0131ndan mal ka\u00e7\u0131r\u0131r gibi Brezilya karasular\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verdi.
