Az say\u0131da ki\u015fi i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan l\u00fcks u\u00e7u\u015flar, hem insanlar hem de gezegen i\u00e7in \u015fok edici derecede y\u00fcksek bedeller yarat\u0131yor. Aileler \u0131s\u0131nma giderleri ile market masraflar\u0131 aras\u0131nda se\u00e7im yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken, havayollar\u0131 bir ekonomi koltu\u011fundan katbekat fazla yak\u0131t t\u00fcketen l\u00fcks kabinlerini geni\u015fletiyor. Bu l\u00fcks koltuklar, u\u00e7ak yak\u0131t\u0131 vergi indirimleri ve KDV muafiyetleri sayesinde asl\u0131nda halk taraf\u0131ndan finanse ediliyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Sadece <a href=\"https:\/\/www.businesstravelnewseurope.com\/Air-Travel\/French-government-imposes-airline-ticket-tax-increase\">Fransa<\/a> ve <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/rates-and-allowances-for-air-passenger-duty\">Birle\u015fik Krall\u0131k<\/a> gibi birka\u00e7 \u00fclke first ve business class u\u00e7ak biletlerini vergilendirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. \u0130spanya ise son COP30 zirvesinde, K\u00fcresel Dayan\u0131\u015fma Vergileri G\u00f6rev G\u00fcc\u00fc&#8217;n\u00fcn (Global Solidarity Levies Taskforce &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/solidaritylevies.org\/\">GSLTF<\/a>) bir par\u00e7as\u0131 olarak bu t\u00fcr vergilerin getirilmesini destekleyece\u011fini duyurdu. Hollandal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma enstit\u00fcs\u00fc CE Delft taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan <a href=\"https:\/\/solidaritylevies.org\/app\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Aviation-study-FINAL.pdf\">yak\u0131n tarihli bir analiz<\/a>, first ve business class dahil olmak \u00fczere k\u00fcresel u\u00e7ak bileti vergileri getirmenin yasal olarak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterdi.<\/p>\n\n<p>Havac\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, \u00f6zellikle devasa vergi avantajlar\u0131 sa\u011flanarak geni\u015f \u00e7apta s\u00fcbvanse ediliyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin, s\u0131n\u0131r \u00f6tesi u\u00e7u\u015flar\u0131n hi\u00e7birinde yak\u0131t (kerosen) vergisi veya Katma De\u011fer Vergisi (KDV) bulunmuyor. Buna kar\u015f\u0131n, demiryolu i\u015fletmecileri gibi karasal toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma \u015firketleri, \u00e7o\u011fu Avrupa \u00fclkesinde enerji vergileri, y\u00fcksek ray veya otoyol kullan\u0131m bedelleri ve KDV \u00f6demek zorunda kal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n<p>Schuster s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131:<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir elit grubun, adil pay\u0131ndan daha az\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6deyip faturay\u0131 vergi m\u00fckelleflerine b\u0131rak\u0131rken emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 bu denli art\u0131rmas\u0131 kabul edilemez. H\u00fck\u00fcmetler bu korkun\u00e7 iklim e\u015fitsizli\u011fine bir son vermeli ve l\u00fcks s\u0131n\u0131f u\u00e7u\u015flara adil vergiler getirerek i\u015fe ba\u015flay\u0131p, ultra zenginlerin paylar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015feni \u00f6demesini sa\u011flamal\u0131.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u201cBu l\u00fcks trafi\u011fi kim finanse ediyor?\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Greenpeace T\u00fcrkiye Sosyal ve Ekonomik Sistemler Kampanya Sorumlusu Berk Butan raporu \u015f\u00f6yle de\u011ferlendirdi:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n<p>&#8220;K\u00fcresel havac\u0131l\u0131k emisyonlar\u0131 ve vergi politikalar\u0131 \u00fczerine konu\u015furken T\u00fcrkiye \u00f6rne\u011fini atlamak imkans\u0131z. Bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda T\u00fcrk Hava Yollar\u0131, First Class hizmeti sunmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen 2.5 milyon adetlik l\u00fcks bilet hacmiyle Avrupa\u2019da 4. s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Bu, \u00fczerinde durulmas\u0131 gereken devasa bir \u00f6l\u00e7ek. As\u0131l mesele ise \u015fu: Bu l\u00fcks trafi\u011fi kim finanse ediyor? D\u00fcnya genelinde havac\u0131l\u0131k end\u00fcstrisine sa\u011flanan c\u00f6mert vergi muafiyetleri, asl\u0131nda l\u00fcks t\u00fcketimi te\u015fvik ederken kamu kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n tabana yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engelliyor.
