Arctic 30 Released On Bail

Twenty nine of the Arctic 30 (28 Greenpeace International activists and two journalists) have now been released on bail after spending nearly two months in detention, following a peaceful protest against Arctic oil drilling. However, conditions of their bail are not yet fully known and the Arctic 30 still face hooliganism charges, punishable by up to 7 years in prison.
