Way to go ken!! I just can not believe how deceitful barbie the Mattel company can be. Supporting the destruction of the rainforest. They used to be role models to young girls, protecting life. They should be ashamed of themselves and what they are promoting to children. Watch out for Killer Barbie!!

It's the time and climate to grow a concience and show the world that you are truly forward thinking, be a good example for the little girls that pay your salaries, health care, vacations,etc.

My 7 year old daughter loves Barbie but after I told her that Mattel is helping to destroy the rainforest so they could have cheap, throwaway packaging for her she BURIED her Barbie dolls in the backyard!! Making sure Tigers and Orangutans have a place to live is way more important to her...as it should be to the toy companies.

Of course she was an actress! Can't you tell? But here is one little thing, Mr. S, that is true! Asia Pulp and Paper IS causing rainforest destruction, and Mattel is fueling that by staying indifferent. If you work for Mattel then PLEASE try to make them turn their blind eye in the direction of the deforestation!

Hey obviously they need to stand behind the image that they protray of barbie in her films, isn't she a earth loving meadow saving fairy! How devstating for young girls to learn that the company behind barbie is actually one fo the bad guys!!
