Traveling involves a lot of energy and food, so I created my own organic Bed & Breakfast. I serve organic food.  The electricity comes from a windmill and the gas for heating and cooking is CO2 compensated. I used natural, plants-based paints and my towels are organic cotton. I use biodegradable detergents and use my bike instead of a car. The more people that offer organic lodging - the easier it is to travel environmental friendly. I live in Amsterdam and I am the cheapest in town for two people, just to promote environmental living.
