As a believer in the power of a boycott, I stopped buying all Exxon gasoline and later Mobil (after they merged). When the Exxon Valdez fouled Prince William Sound in 1989 Exxon showed such little concern for the environment.  By running poorly maintained, poorly piloted equipment, it showed a greater concern for its profit margin. I am happy to now have more allies in the cause.
