Cleanup operations close to Norway's Yttre Hvaler marine national park where the Icelandic container ship Godafoss ran aground on the Southern Norwegian coast on February 17th. The ship has since been leaking heavy oil. One of the biggest challenges of the clean-up operations is to clean up oil from ice covered areas, clearly illustrating one of the reasons why Greenpeace is against letting oil companies into the Arctic.
