捐款相關細節
不論您透過什麼途徑進行捐款,捐款人都會收到綠色和平發出的正式收據,捐款港幣 100 元或以上可憑收據在香港申請扣稅。我們於每年 3 月 31 日財政年度完結時,為單次/每月捐款會員準備年度收據,並於 4 月至 5 月發送至通訊地址或電郵地址(提示︰收據電郵有機會被自動歸類為「垃圾郵件」或「推廣」。如要避免,您可以將我們加入成為您的聯絡人)。若您有其他有關收據的問題,可致電會員熱線(852) 2854 8318,或電郵至[email protected]。
1. 信用卡捐款方式
- 信用卡每月捐款會即時進行首次過數,往後約於每月 1 日過數
- 出現捐款失效的情況,有機會是系統連結上的間斷,因此系統將自動重新嘗試,如有需要,我們的會員服務部將與您聯繫確認
- 每月捐款於該信用卡有效期過後及獲發新卡後仍繼續生效,直至閣下另行通知
2. 銀行轉帳捐款方式
- 銀行自動轉帳每月捐款首次過數為該月約 1 日或 28 日;往後固定約於每月 1 日過數
- 日後若有銀行或內部系統更新影響過帳安排,應以網頁即時更新為準

3. 其他捐款方式
- 若您是以其他捐款方式進行單次捐款(例如透過銀行轉賬或支票捐款),我們會在收到您的捐款通知和捐款後,向您發送電郵確認
More About Donation
Greenpeace will prepare annual receipts for single and monthly donation donors at the end of the financial year on March 31, and send them to the mailing address or email address from April to May. 1. Credit Card Payments
- The first credit card transaction will be processed immediately.
- A recurring monthly payment will be established to process your ongoing donations around the 1st of every month.
- In the event a transaction fails, we will attempt to process the payment again and contact the donor if we continue to be unsuccessful.
- Monthly donation via credit card will continue after the expiry date of the credit card and with the issuance of a new card, unless we are informed otherwise.
2. Bank Account Payments
- For monthly donations made by direct debit, the first transactions are processed around the 1st or 28th of the first month.
- A recurring monthly payment is set up for following months and made around the 1st of every month.
- The monthly donation processing day will be amended in the event of future system upgrade that affects the payment schedule. The information published on our official website shall always prevail if there is any inconsistency across channels.

3. Other Payment Methods
- One-off donations made by other payment methods (e.g. by cheque or through bank transfer) are processed instantly once we get the confirmation email.
