About the position:
The Digital Data Analyst will play a key role in helping Greenpeace South Asia (GPSA) make informed, data-driven decisions across its digital campaigns, communications, fundraising, and wider organisational activities. The role involves analysing digital data, maintaining accurate website tracking, producing reports and visualisations, and conducting A/B testing to improve online engagement and performance. The position will also contribute to strengthening GPSA’s digital data maturity and supporting projects related to data strategy, governance, compliance, and evaluation, ultimately helping the organisation maximise the impact of its campaigns and operations.

In this role you will:
You will lead the delivery of audience-focused data and insights to support fundraising and programme strategies and improve digital performance. This includes developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, analysing digital performance, ensuring accurate tracking, and translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will also strengthen the organisation’s data and digital maturity by promoting a culture of monitoring, learning, testing, and continuous improvement. This includes supporting A/B testing, improving data collection and visualisation, managing analytics platforms and reporting automation, and enabling teams to confidently use data to measure their success.

You will contribute to data strategy, governance, privacy, and quality standards while building strong relationships across teams and Greenpeace offices. You will also work closely with technical teams and platform owners to develop effective data solutions that support organisational goals and informed decision-making.

Whom we’re looking for:
The candidate should possess 3+ years of relevant experience in digital analytics, data analysis, or a related field, with relevant qualifications preferred. They should have expert knowledge of digital analytics and tracking tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, along with a strong understanding of key performance metrics and tracking methods.

The candidate should be skilled in dashboarding, reporting, data visualisation, business intelligence, and content testing. They should be able to analyse complex, multidimensional data and translate it into clear, actionable insights that support business decisions. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex information in a simple and impactful way. Experience in fundraising, campaigning, digital marketing, or performance marketing would be highly valued.
