Green Reconstruction of Ukraine

We are dedicated to the green and sustainable reconstruction of schools, hospitals, and kindergartens. Greenpeace Ukraine actively advocates for and supports green solutions for municipalities while working to enhance the energy efficiency of the country’s social infrastructure.

Against nuclear danger

Greenpeace’s work on nuclear issues in Ukraine began after the Chornobyl explosion. Greenpeace experts were the first international organization to assess the impact of the Russian occupation of the Chornobyl zone. Greenpeace Ukraine also systematically monitors the Zaporizhzhia NPP and advocates for sanctions against Rosatom.

Nature protection

Nature is a silent victim of war. The Russian invasion has been causing huge damage not only to people but also directly to nature. Greenpeace Ukraine is continuously monitoring environmental war crimes and advocates for Russia to be held accountable for the damage.
