Thank you for your interest in becoming a Volunteer for Greenpeace in Vancouver.
There are many ways you can help us out. First off - you'll need to sign up for our volunteer newsletter. You will be sent regular updates and you will be notified when we are looking for people for specific activities. We may ask you to attend a meeting, an event with us, paint a banner, help us in the office, or assist us in organizing an activity! Perhaps you have specific skills you can offer. If this is the case, we’d love to hear from you.
One you have sign up for the newsletter, your next step is to attend a Volunteer Orientation Session for NEW volunteers. These sessions will introduce you to the basics on Greenpeace values, campaigns and programs. Please see our Events Calender to find out when the next orientation session is. We will also invite you via the newsletter. if you are interested in attending an orientation.
Once you've attended an orientation session, you may join us for our Monthly Volunteer Meetings for ACTIVE volunteers. They are usually at our office, but locations and other meeting details are posted to our volunteer newsletter prior to the meeting.
