Amanda Larsson

Amanda Larsson has been campaigning with Greenpeace Aotearoa since 2016. An ecological economist by training, she has advocated for nature and the climate in grassroots, corporate, political and NGO roles. She led Greenpeace Aotearoa’s campaigns against deep sea oil exploration and for solarising New Zealand. She is now leading the team that is working to transform the agriculture system away from intensive dairy farming that is polluting the climate and decimating biodiversity towards ecological farming that works in harmony with people and nature. Amanda is originally from the west coast of Sweden and made Tāmaki Makaurau her home in 2014. You can follow her musings on Twitter.
