• I grant Greenpeace International and other Greenpeace organisations (collectively, “Greenpeace”) worldwide the right to use my photo to support Greenpeace campaigns, advocacy, and fundraising efforts.
• I understand that my photo may be shared publicly in any format or medium, including but not limited to:
• Online use: Greenpeace websites, social media channels, supporter emails, and digital advertisements.
• Printed and physical materials: Posters, banners, reports, and other campaign materials.
• Public events and advocacy efforts: Live screenings, exhibitions, projections onto buildings or structures, and in-person campaign displays.
• Greenpeace International’s publicly accessible media library, where third parties (e.g., journalists, NGOs) may download and republish the content.
• I give this consent to the global network of Greenpeace organisations (i.e. Greenpeace), without limitation as to time (i.e. Greenpeace may use the image now or at any time in the future), territory (i.e. Greenpeace may use the image anywhere in the world), or medium (Greenpeace may use the image on any media or platform):
• To educate and inform audiences, and influence decision makers about Greenpeace campaign issues, including via publications and special events.
• To fundraise for Greenpeace’s work including direct requests for donation.
• To display in the Greenpeace media library. (l understand this archive is publicly available on the internet, and that images in the library can be downloaded by third parties, such as news media or other NGOs.)
• In addition, I agree for my first name and country/region to be displayed alongside my image if Greenpeace decides to display such.
• I waive any rights to review, approve, or request modifications to how my consent is used.
• I understand that I will not be compensated and that I relinquish editing rights over my photo.
• Greenpeace is not obligated to use my content but may do so at its discretion.
