Stop corporate intimidation!

Fossil fuel pipeline giant Energy Transfer – whose chairman is a billionaire Trump donor – is suing Greenpeace International and Greenpeace entities in the US and won a jury verdict for hundreds of millions of dollars.

Energy Transfer’s intimidation lawsuit is a chilling attack on free speech, designed to bully Greenpeace organisations into silence and punish solidarity with the ongoing Indigenous-led resistance to the Dakota Access Pipeline.

Across the world, billionaires and profiteering polluters – like Energy Transfer, ENI, Shell, Total, Fonterra and JBS – are increasingly using intimidation tactics like abusive lawsuits to silence people who are speaking out for the climate and for a just world for all.

But together we are showing them that our people-powered movement is stronger than any bully. So please add your name now to our petition to show corporate bullies like Energy Transfer that we refuse to live in a world where corporations can silence ordinary people. Every signature builds the movement resisting corporate intimidation.
