You’ve just signed a Greenpeace petition and you’re ready to increase your impact? Part of participating in our campaigns is making sure you are receiving our emails, and are kept up to date on the next steps to take action!

Sometimes, email providers like Outlook or Gmail apply automatic filters on the emails you are receiving. To optimize the reach of our communications, we ask that you please add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. This is also known as “Whitelisting”.

Below you will find the instructions to mark our email sending domain, Greenpeace.ca, as a safe sender. Please click on the platform you use to read your emails:

If you’re using Outlook

If you’re using Gmail

If you’re using Yahoo

If you do not see an email from Greenpeace Canada in your inbox, our email may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder. The first thing you can do is open your spam folder, and if you find a Greenpeace Canada email there, open it and mark it as “Not spam”.

If you’re using Outlook

  2. Choose “Junk email” from the submenu.
  3. Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains”.
