Functional Applications Manager

As such we have set course on a modernization and upgrade of our systems on all levels, from infrastructure to applications, with the use of the most modern technologies.The Greenpeace International IT unit in our Amsterdam office provides IT services to national and regional offices across Europe, the Americas, Asia & the Pacific and Africa. You will play an important role in our modernization program and will work with your colleagues of the IT team to manage all global applications offered and supported by Greenpeace International in order to ensure good quality, up to date and well supported systems.

Communications Manager - Climate & Energy

Greenpeace International is seeking an experienced communication manager with exceptional strategic and management skills to work with our global climate change campaign. We need someone who can cut through the background noise to deliver clear messages to key audiences around the world. You'll be familiar with press work, PR and marketing, both online and off. You'll be able to work across issues ranging from energy markets, to global politics and the brutal impacts of climate change. Internship Research

The Research Unit at Greenpeace International is offering a 6 month internship position. Research internships are based in Amsterdam, Netherlands as full-time positions (40 hours per week) for a fixed term of 6 months. Monitor, capture, filter and organize information and market intelligence into databases for briefs and reports to ensure strategic information is available for Greenpeace’s campaigns and projects. This role is very detail orientated, involves multiple concurrent daily deadlines and administrative tasks within the research unit. Academic background in natural or social sciences (minimum of an equivalent Bachelors level) required. Masters, or higher, in natural or social sciences, with environmental focus, preferred.

Greenpeace International (GPI) uses three vessels: The Rainbow Warrior, The Arctic Sunrise, and The Esperanza. GPI operates these ships, and employs the ships' crew. GPI is always looking for experienced sea going crew members, that hold the appropriate, current STCW95 licenses.
