Our collaborative report with the National Hawkers Federation delves into the impact of extreme heat on street vendors in Delhi. Examining the lived experiences during heatwaves, we uncover how extreme temperatures affect work environments, health risks, financial capabilities & productivity of street vendors. Through this study, we highlight the urgent need for interventions to safeguard the well-being of Delhi’s street vendor community amidst escalating climate challenges.
