The World Air Quality report for 2023 is out and New Delhi has emerged as the capital city with the worst air quality. India has been ranked as the country with the third worst air quality, closely following neighbours Bangladesh and Pakistan. 12 out of the 15 cities with the most hazardous air are in India.
