There’s been a revolution stirring up around the world. People are ditching coal and looking at alternate sources of energy that are clean and at the same time affordable. How things are changing!

We know that fossil fuels are majorly responsible for air pollution and rising global temperatures. And now, countries around the world are pledging to keep the global temperature rise below 1.5 degree Celsius.

For the longest time, fossil fuels were considered as the only and the most viable form of energy, but not anymore.

In order to really achieve the goal of keeping global temperature rise in check, the world needs to say goodbye to fossil fuels for good. While several coal power plants in the country are sitting idle and not functioning to their capacity, there are many waiting in line to be constructed and many others facing water shortages. This makes one message loud and clear --investing in any more new coal projects is a blunder. Coal-based electricity consumption is now just a bad habit that we need to get rid of.
