We are looking for a purposeful, creative and strategic digital business developer with passion for fundraising and environmental commitment. We are funded for 100% of individuals, therefore, it is crucial for us to run effective fundraising programs, from recruiting new donors to retention of existing donors.

Your job is to develop and implement digital strategies and marketing efforts in Finland as well as in the rest of Nordic with the aim to engage and recruit new financial donors and generate leads. At the same time, you support the rest of the fundraising team in order to increase donor loyalty through various initiatives in our digital channels. You will work in a Nordic team and together with your colleagues you will be responsible for the development of strategies, budget and the implementation of plans and tests. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the program department and influence communication about our campaigns in order to engage existing and new donors.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in digital fundraising, sales or marketing with good results
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting and implementation
  • Experience working with SEO, PPC and Conversion Optimizer
  • Excellent Finnish in both speech and writing and fluent English
  • Experience of project management with good results
  • Social, communicative and solution-oriented
  • Analytical ability, data and performance driven
  • Skills in copywriting and translation are desirable
