We are pleased with her confirmation and believe she will be a fair Supreme Court Justice who will rebalance our nation’s highest Court, and carry out its sacred duty to protect our rights, secure our liberties, and render equal justice.
“Through many rigorous hearings, Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson has shown intellect and grace under bad-faith attacks on her character. For generations, Black women have been locked out of the opportunity to serve on the Supreme Court.
