Live in the Washington DC area? Want to do something fun and show your green? Greenpeace will be at this years Green Festival at the Convention Center in Washington DC Saturday from 10am-7pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Come over and say hello to our friendly volunteers who will be spreading the word about the UN Climate Negotiations in Copenhagen and what folks can do to get our leaders to engage in a fair, ambitious, and binding international treaty to curb global green house gas emissions and prevent the worst of climate change impacts. There will be information about many Greenpeace campaigns, so come to booth 122 with questions, concerns, or even a high five.
