Rim Fire in California

The Rim Fire in California is now one of the largest in California state history. Firefighters have battled the growing flames for 10 days now while it’s burned more than 240 square miles.

It is now burning into Yosemite National Park, threatening thousands of homes, structures and the hydroelectric power supply to San Francisco.
